𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙞𝙥𝙨
1. 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺: Select materials that you feel comfortable with, whether it's watercolors, acrylics, or even digital tools.
2. 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Before you start, take a moment to identify what you’re feeling and set an intention to express that through your art.
3. 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Focus on the process rather than the outcome. There’s no right or wrong way to express your emotions through art.
4. 𝗕𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁: Allow yourself to be honest and raw in your expression. This is your personal space to explore your emotions freely.
5. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁: After finishing your artwork, take some time to reflect on what you created and how it made you feel.
