What did we cover at the event?

Kerv, Genesys and Microsoft experts gathered at London Zoo to showcase how companies can transform their CX using AI, Data and Digital channels. We showcased this by showing the deep integration between Genesys Cloud CX and the Microsoft Stack (Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
