To the Christian, everything that is most precious to us is in Heaven. Either through death, or by the fulfillment of Jesus’ call for us to join Him in the air, there is coming a day when we will pass through the thin veil of this earthly life and see Jesus face-to face...oh what a day that will be! In this first message in the series “Almost Home – End Times Promises”, we look at the end and embrace the hope of our promised destination.

1. When you think about Heaven, what are you most looking forward to or what fills you with great hope?

2. How does living with the end in sight help you to navigate the here and now?

3. Read 2 Peter 3:11-18. Discuss the balanced view that is needed to look forward to our promised home in heaven and how we are meant to live on earth until He comes.

4. Why does God include so many references in the Bible to End-Times events/prophecies? Why do we need to know such things? And, how does it
affect the way you live in relationship with Jesus today?

5. Read Hebrews 10:24-25. Why is it important to stay connected to your Church family in these End-Times?

6. Read Revelation 20:11-15. How does this moment empower you to live a
consecrated life to Jesus and reach out to your loved ones? Pray into this nd for God to use this series to revive the lukewarm Christians and save the lost.
