A really quick video demonstrating my Lilliput touchscreen hooked up to a PC (Celeron 847, 4GB RAM, 120GB SSD) running Centrafuse.

EDIT: I returned this monitor, I had a number of problems with it that would make it frustrating to use in my car. The biggest one was that it just crashes software made with Microsoft WPF, which is a growing number of programs and it's what I was using to build something myself. Secondly, the touch would sometimes have issues after a reboot or bootup. Thirdly, the ambient light sensor would stop working regardless of the setting and you couldn't easily adjust the brightness from the remote.
