Whitney makes stuffed green bell peppers. This is a quick healthy meal easy for anyone to make!

INGREDIENTS:
2 large green bell peppers
1 lb lean ground beef
Onion to taste
1/4 Tbsp salt
1/4 Tbsp ground pepper
1/4 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup tomato basil pasta sauce
1 pack of Uncle Ben's brown rice
1 pack of part skim low fat mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:
-half and clean bell peppers
-place in baking dish and microwave for 6-7 minutes
-brown beef and add onion
-drain meat
-add salt, ground pepper, and Italian seasoning and stir
-add pasta sauce
-prepare Uncle Ben's rice using microwave according to package directions
-add rice to meat and sauce mixture and stir
-fill green peppers with meat/sauce/rice mixture
-sprinkle cheese on top
-microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes
-plate and serve!
