In this video we take a closer look at the Philips PM5690 which has appeared on my channel a couple of times before. We'll also be using an Agilent ESG E4433B Signal Generator to see if it'll work as a Digital TV up-converter.

And of course we'll take a look at another interesting thing we can do with it. Apologies for the audio quality near the end. The microphone wasn't connected to the camera properly and I can't be bothered re-shooting it.
