My Story:
In August of 2018, I decided to go on a solo trip to Asia, but, I was worried if I would feel awkward or that I would be lonely. Most of all, though, I feared I would miss out on an empowering and enriching experience. Amidst all this, I finally decided to book my tickets. And this was the best decision of my life. I used to believe that solo traveling was overrated. Oh, boy, I was so wrong!. I have grown so much by the end of the trip. The only emotions I felt was joy and the sadness of leaving behind the new friendships and places. I have tried my best to synchronize the location and music to manifest my emotions in the video. I hope you like it!

Also, I bought the GoPro Hero 7 a week before my trip. So, I hadn't got a chance to practice. Please forgive me if the shots are not that great.

Gear I used:
The trip was filmed entirely on the GoPro Hero 7 Black. I shot the video at 2.7K with 30fps and edited the movie on Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. This my first large scale project of filming/editing. Please let me know your thoughts.

I highly recommend to checkout Matti Haapoja motion graphic templates. They have saved me so much time. The templates are very easy to use and have definitely added a cinematic effect to my video.
