Lalalar, the fresh psychedelic trio from Istanbul, deliver their new single Mecnun’dan Beter Haldeyim.

You may recall the dead-end love story of “Layla and Majnun” - a mid-eastern tale that can be traced all the way back to ancient times. The self destructive path Majnun forced (and also jumped) into is clearly the unpleasant inspiration for the lyrics which darkly complain of existential dilemmas and inevitable communication problems that lead the majority of the human race to have bats in the belfry and keep that lunacy secret.

Anyway, the title can be roughly translated as “I am in a situation way worse than Majnun” so imagine how bad it is and multiply it by 666.
