How to Patch an Innertube, Fixing the tire on my loader, PVC Boot for hole in tire

This tire was a real hassle to get put back together, besides being really big and awkward the tire itself is in really bad shape. Called the tire shop and they told me that for each tire new would cost me around 700.00 installed on the rim, WOW.
