Flatbread (Somun/Lepinja) ingredients:
1 kg white flour
4 tsp salt
350 ml (12 fl oz) milk
350 ml (12 fl oz) water
35 grams dry yeast
10 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

Ćevapi ingredients:
650 grams ground beef
350 grams ground lamb
200 ml (7 fl oz) garlic water (boil 2-3 smashed garlic cloves and remove them before adding it to the meat)
salt
black pepper

Dough resting time: 1.5 hours
Bake it for 8 minutes at 285 C.
