Hello, this is Jangnamcook!
I have recipes using a radish that's so delicious and cheap these days.
With my basic radish recipe, you can come up with tens of applied dishes,
so please try my recipe!

[Ingredients] The measuring cup is a paper cup
1 radish (1.5kg)
2L water
1.5 cups of dark soy sauce (250g)
1/3 cup of tuna sauce (50g)
3 spoons of sugar (30g)
1 cup of starch syrup (150g)
A sheet of kelp (10g)
2 cups of red pepper powder (100g)
1 green onion (100g)
Two generous spoons of finely chopped garlic (45g)
Half a spoon of finely chopped ginger (12g)

[Braised Fish Cake & Radish]
4 sheets of fish cake
Half of a green onion
Half of an onion
3 ladles of the braised radish

[Braised Tofu & Radish]
1 tofu
Half of a spring onion
Half of an onion
3 ladles of the braised radish
Perilla oil

[Braised Mackerel & Radish]
2 mackerels
Half of a spring onion
Half of an onion
1 Cheongyang pepper
3 ladles of the braised radish
