LEMON BROWNIES “LEMONIES”
Ingredients:
- 180 g of butter
- 180 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of squeezed lemon
- 200 g of wheat flour

Glazed:
- 200 g of icing sugar.
- Add lemon juice little by little and stir until you get the consistency of glaze.

Preparation:
Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the sugar and eggs and stir very well with the help of a whisk. Add the lemon juice and continue stirring. Add the flour and stir until all the ingredients are completely integrated. Pour the dough into a baking mold (mine is a 20x20cm square) and place in the oven already preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Once this time has passed, we take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile we prepare the glaze. In a bowl we add the icing sugar and add lemon juice little by little and stirring until we achieve the consistency of glaze. Once ready, pour the glaze over the top and let it cool for about 2 hours or until the glaze hardens.

SALMON IN SOY SAUCE
Ingredients: (for 1 person)
- 2 salmon fillets without skin or bones
-1 teaspoon of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika
- black pepper
- salt
- olive oil

Preparation:
1º The first thing we do is season the clean and skinless fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. We will also add sweet paprika, spread them well throughout the meat and reserve for later.

2º In a large container we add the honey, soy sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice and with the help of a whisk we stir well until all the ingredients are completely integrated. We can also chop the garlic cloves finely.

3º We grease a pan with a little EVOO and place the salmon fillets, we will brown them at medium-high temperature for 3-4 minutes, at that moment we turn them over and have them for 1 more minute, we remove them and in that same pan We add the butter, we let it melt and then we add the chopped garlic, we wait for it to have some color and at that moment we add the sauce, when it starts to bubble we can return the salmon fillets to the pan, and while the sauce is reducing With the help of a spoon we sauté the salmon fillets. After 2-3 minutes it will be ready. We can serve with a little white rice.
