Here is a recipe for making an arnica balm, which can be useful for wound healing, muscle soreness and aches, joint pain and reducing swelling.

Ingredients
60ml Arnica oil
20g Beeswax
1/2tsp Wheatgerm oil
6 drops Peppermint essential oil

Method
Using a double boiler (water bath), bring the pot to a simmer, then add the arnica oil and beeswax and stir continuously until the beeswax is fully melted (about 5 mins).

Leave to cool for a few minutes, then add the wheatgerm and peppermint oil and stir thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into sterilised jars.

It's always good to store in a cool, dark place with minimal temperature fluctuations.
