Ingredients :
1 cup Sago (Sabudana dry roasted and powdered)
1.5 cup boiled & grated Potatoes
2-3 finely chopped Green Chillies
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Rock Salt (Sendha Namak)
Finely chopped Coriander
Water (as required)
Ghee
For Chutney:-
1 tbs Raw Peanuts
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2-3 Green Chillies
Small Ginger Knob
Rock Salt
Fresh Coriander
1 Lemon Juice
Few Ice Cubes

Method :
In a pan, dry roast 1 cup Sabudana on slow heat
Let it cool down then churn in mixie to a fine powder
(Take out handful of flour to use later)
Add 1.5 cup boiled & grated Potatoes
Add 2-3 finely chopped Green Chillies
Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Rock Salt (Sendha Namak)
Add finely chopped Coriander
By mixing everything well, knead a dough and leave it for 10 min
Further take 1 tbs raw Peanuts in a mixer jar
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 2-3 Green Chillies
Add a small Ginger Knob
Add Rock Salt
Add fresh Coriander
Add 1 Lemon Juice
Add few Ice Cubes and churn it to a fine chutney
Transfer the chutney in a bowl and keep aside
Add a little water in the dough and knead it to make it soft
Roll out few balls from the dough prepared
Dip it into dry flour
Gently roll it with the help of rolling pin
Place it on the hot pan, cook it on medium heat
Flip the paratha and apply ghee on it
Once it's golden-brown from the other side too flip and apply ghee
Take it on a serving plate
