The Elliot City, Maryland native spends two hours each and every day getting his body in the best shape he can and the viewer gets to go inside his home -- and head.

Exercise after exercise, rep after rep...Brickhouse takes it to the limit and doesn't use only conventional weights. Flipping a huge truck tire on his front lawn is another one of his favorite activities and he hopes to one day earn an IFBB pro card.
