In my "Final Thoughts" video on the Solo Guitars double-neck kit I said that it needed new strings. This is just a quick video to show the difference that new strings made. Short version: it made the guitar playable, but revealed additional work that needs to be done.
Here's a link to the kit: https://www.solomusicgear.com/product...
The pickups I used in the build are from Guitarfetish.

This video was recorded using my standard overly complicated signal chain - guitar into a TC Electronic Plethora X5 set to a Hypergravity Compressor, which then goes into a Tech 21 SansAmp PSA 2, then into a Hall of Fame Reverb from the X5 set to a spring reverb. All of that is running into the effects return of my Supro Statesman head. The output goes into a Rivera Rock Crusher load box and a Two Notes Torpedo Cab M. From the Rock Crusher the signal goes into the Marshall amp that can be seen in the video; it acts as a 2x12 cabinet. The Cab M is on a Classic Rock setting, and recorded in Ableton Live through a Focusrite Scarlett interface.
