Ave Maris Stella (Latin for Hail, star of the sea,) is a Marian hymn used at Vespers from about eighth Century. It was a popular hymn in the Middle Ages. It has been used in this new composition with brass band and organ music for asking the intercession of Mother Mary for the deadly decease of corona virus.
