System Introduction:
• Belt Conveyor: The line begins with the Belt Conveyor, which evenly feeds the HDPE bottles into the system, ensuring a constant and smooth delivery to the Crusher.

• Crusher: Here, the bottles are broken down into smaller pieces, making them easier to process through the subsequent stages of cleaning and separation.

Cleaning and Separation Process:
• Screw Conveyor: After crushing, the material is transferred via a Screw Conveyor to the Friction Screw, initiating the cleaning process by removing minor impurities.

• Triple Row Floating Tank: As the centerpiece of our cleaning process, this tank effectively separates floating debris such as labels and caps from the denser plastic fragments, ensuring a cleaner output.

• Second Floating Tank: The plastics undergo a second round of cleaning in another Floating Tank to ensure thorough removal of residual impurities.

• Further Processing and Drying:
o Screw Conveyor: Transports the cleaned plastics to the next stages.
o Centrifugal Dryer: Rapidly spins the plastic to remove excess water.
o Hot Air Dryer: Applies heat to thoroughly dry the plastic fragments.
o Label Separator: Ensures that any remaining labels are detached from the plastic flakes.

Final Stages:
• Finished Product Silo: The cleaned and dried plastic flakes are finally conveyed to the Finished Product Silo, where they are stored before being processed into new products.
