In this video, we discuss a new research article that looked at the effectiveness of The Schroth Method and The SEAS Approach on Cobb Angle, Quality of Life, and Angle of Trunk Rotation (ATR).

The cool thing about this article is it looks at each method separately as well as when they are combined. It found that combining the two resulted in improved Cobb and ATR but just the Schroth Method improved the Quality of Life.

Many times, we think of treatment as one or the other. One school of treatment or another. Maybe we should be using the most appropriate parts of those techniques to get results for the individual. Just a thought.
