The International Sanicole Airshow will feature a display of French-Belgian cooperation on 22 September, showcasing the H-120 Calliope. Based at the French army’s Dax training center, this helicopter is used to train pilots from the French Gendarmerie, Navy, Army, Air Force, and future Belgian Air Force pilots. Since 2008, the H-120 fleet has logged over 250,000 flight hours. Known for its agility and modern avionics, the H-120 is widely used for both military and civilian purposes. The airshow will highlight its stability, hovering capabilities, and rapid acceleration.
