Being served by three lines, trains run frequently at the city of San Leandro's two Bay Area Rapid Transit stations. During rush hour, BART adds some trains on some lines to ease crowding on other trains. One of these lines, the green line running between [San Francisco] Daly City and Berryessa / North San Jose stations, has two trains each weekday that terminate, at South Hayward rather than Berryessa to be taken out of service to the Hayward maintenance facility. Those two trains added additional space for passengers going to San Francisco earlier that day.
