Last week I visited Japanese-Korean Delicatessen Shilla in Amsterdam with my very good friend Rafael, I love this place for its wonderful selection of Korean and other Asian ingredients. The resto is offering freshly prepared sushi and some warm and cold Korean dishes. We ordered Dolsot Bibimbab, Rice topped with Black Angus beef, vegetables and fried egg prepared in a sizzling hot granite bowl. Extremely tasty and absolutely heavenly.

So if you have an obsession with Korean and Japanese food and in need of some hard to find ingredient I highly recommend this place.
