Soyuz Neon PC-11/16 PDP-11 compatible computer was produced in 1990-1992 by KVANT factory. A small batch has been produced, reportedly ranging from 200 to 1000 units total. Now, after a 30 year hiatus, thanks to fans and enthusiasts, it received its second life. The community around this computer is in its very infancy, and we're welcoming any contribution into the platform development.
