Yesterday marked the 35th anniversary of my first day working in education, at Nelson Mcintyre Collegiate: October 2, 1989.

And to commemorate, my classroom yesterday was a series of ocean docks. My students were rafts of sunning sea lions. We all came out to enjoy the warm sunshine on such a glorious, beautiful day.
