Hello, and welcome to Meon’s latest ToolBox Tips video where we are going to show you How to apply UltraCrack L275, which is Meon’s MMA FLEXIBLE JOINT & CRACK REPAIR KIT.

Magma UltraCrack L275 is a methyl-methacrylate (MMA) cold plastic product designed for crack infill and flexible joint repair. UltraCrack L275 is not recommended for overbanding applications due to its low SRV properties. UltraCrack L275 features high levels of adhesion, bonding to most substrates, as well as remaining flexible once cured. It is exceptionally fast curing and reaches a rainproof time very quickly even at low temperatures. The L275 is tough and durable, being impact resistant and UV resistant. The application is simple and can be applied at temperatures down to 0°C and relative humidity up to 95%. It is available in 9.5 kg buckets and comes in two colours… Black and Grey.

Here are a few key advantages of using this material; It is fast curing, allowing traffic within minutes for minimum disruption on site. Extremely strong and durable and has been tested to be resistant to continuous wear and tear. Flexible as it accommodates for normal levels of substrate movement, preventing new cracks. Easy and safe to apply, with no hot works or large equipment required. Impact resistant as it absorbs and moves with the impact, preventing future cracking.
