2 lbs. lean ground beef
3 lbs. potatoes
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
Bunch of parsley
1/3 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. Greek dried oregano
1 tbsp. dried mint
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 egg
750ml crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup water
