70g of granulated sugar
70g of brown sugar
1 medium egg
2g of bicarbonate of soda (or 4g of baking powder)
1 pinch of salt (2g)
120g of soft butter
150g of dark chocolate + 50g of dark chocolate to put on top of the cookies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons espresso coffee

static hot oven at 190° for 12 minutes + static hot oven at 180° for 5-6 minutes to melt the chocolate
