I was in class and I started hyper ventalate as I was called to do a presentation, my friends realized and tried to help claim me down but my teacher (his an amazing teacher but he was irritated so his not to blame) so he repeatedly told my friend to put his hand down not realizing I was having a panic attack

my eye sight was going dark and I couldn't breathe

after he noticed I was having a panic attack he gave me a option to do present at lunch
