In this video I am going to share this easy to follow recipe on how to make delicious & fluffy scones!

Ingredients:

130g mix raisin & sultanas + 1 tea bag

500g plain flour
2 tsp bicarbonate soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp caster sugar
80g butter diced small
250g butter milk
90g milk
1 egg


Ingredient for butter milk

235ml milk
15ml lemon juice

Mix the milk & lemon juice together, leave it aside for 10 minutes before using.
