Written recipe for Restaurant Style Arabian Pudding




For Bread Slices
Ingredients:
•Bread 20 Slices
Directions:
•Trim bread edge and set aside.

For Mawa Cream
Ingredients:
•Fresh Cream 1 Cup
•Mawa (Khoya) 4 tbsp
Direction:
•In a Bowl, add Fresh Cream and Mawa, mix well (Mava has to be Grainy).
•Keep it refrigerate for 30 mints.

For Mawa Pudding
•Milk (Dhoodh) 1 litre
•Mawa (Khoya) 1 Cup
•Sugar (Chinni) 5 tbsp or as required
•Saffron (Kesar) 1 Pinch
•Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) 1/2 tsp
•Corn Flour 3 tbsp
•Water 1/2 Cup
•Corn Flour Slurry
Direction:
•In a wok, add Milk, bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 5 mints (Keep Stirring In Between).
•Add Mawa and Sugar, mix well & cook for 2-3 mints on medium flame.
•Add Saffron and Cardamom Powder, mix Well & Cook for 10 mints on low flame.
•In a small Bowl, add Corn Flour and Water and mix well.
•Now add Cornflour Slurry in a boiling milk, mix it well and cook until it thickens and set aside.

Assembling:
•Container
•Bread
•Prepared Mawa Pudding
•Prepared Mawa Cream
•Mix Dry Fruits
•In a Container ,add Bread, Prepared Mawa Pudding and spread evenly,
• Add Prepared Mawa Cream and Mix Dry Fruits, do all this 3 times.
•Refrigerate for 2-3 hours & serve.
•Restaurant Style Arabian Pudding is ready to chilled serve.
