Microsoft Forms has an updated Quiz feature that will help your students or audience check their learning before submitting their answers. It is called practice mode. The great thing about this option is that it allows people to see if the answer is incorrect before moving on. This is a helpful way to reinforce learning or concepts.

In a formal learning environment practice mode in Microsoft Forms is a great way to provide students with a way to identify what they need to focus on. Give students a way to test incrementally in a lower stakes environment. They just may feel more prepared when it comes time for the real test.

In a work environment where meetings are used to pass on knowledge and company policy, this is a great way to help your workers know what is expected. I find it more engaging to let people figure out the answers vs just testing for rote knowledge. It helps to identify knowledge gaps so that they can be closed.
