I will create a scroll animation in this video using Framer Motion and React. While scrolling a section will scroll up until it reaches the top of the screen and stay at the top until another section appears on the screen then, it scales down and fades out and the other section takes its place at the top of the screen. This animation will be directly linked to browser scrolling hence, the user can control this animation through scrolling.
