This was Liverpool in May 2020.

Due to roadworks the road was down to a single lane. The driver of the HGV decided that the now single lane was wide enough for his vehicle, as well as me on the bike.

It was not.

I uploaded the footage to the Police. The company that owned the vehicle were subsequently fined £1000 plus court costs.
