Often - as you can imagine - when we gather our musicians for our yearly Christmas Celebration in Downtown Boston, we find an abundance of string instruments; namely, fiddles, violins, stand-up bass, cello as well as sometimes variants like the Hardanger Fiddle from Norway, or in the case for our 2019 edition, the Nyckelharpe from Sweden. But its often the various styles that their players bring that we seek to highlight and wonder at. That was the case when Liz Knowles, Jenna Moynihan, and Haley Richardson joined us, and then as if not enough, Celtic Cellist phenom, Natalie Hass pulled up here chair. What a gift.
