Tracking your symptoms can be life-changing as it can help you find what triggers and makes worse your chronic illness.
Here I show you how to do that just with pen and paper in my BUJO (Bullet Journal), specifically for my symptoms and conditions, but easily adaptable for yours!
Basically it's like a health tracker, but done specifically for chronic illness. Happy tracking!
