DIY Electric Heated Boots Insoles for -3...-10 degree.
It is working for 1,5 hours, using 5V Power Bank (18650).
I used:
1) Batteries Li-ion 18650, 3.7V, 3400mAh by Liitokala (I've tested it on my battery charger, it is realy 3400mAh):

3) Heating Wire. I used 0.4mm and 65cm for -5 degree. It takes 5V, 0.75A for one foot.
