My Pancake order was a Savoury Galette filled with: Grated Cheddar Cheese, Griddle Fried Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Salt & Black Pepper, Garlic Granules.

What elevates the Crepes & Galettes to a higher taste level is that real dairy Butter is used.

The buckwheat flour batter used here is a fully vegetarian eggless batter which has more of a nutty flavour than traditional pancakes it is made using Buckwheat Flour.

French Crepe Suzette or Galette. is a popular snack in France; it's made from a batter that is quickly cooked on a hot griddle in a very similar way to an Indian Street Food Masala Dosa or even a Chinese Jian Bing - these guys make it look very easy, but it takes many years of practice to make perfect pancakes like you see here.
