This week I was curious: Where is the best vegan food in Toronto?

Vegans get a bad rap lol and although I am not a vegan myself, we've all heard the benefits of occasionally switching up our routines to become more plant-based.

Plant-based food has gone through such a transformation in the last few decades that it's hard to believe all the food in this video is made of plants!

Toronto especially is so #blessed when it comes to its #veganfood that not only can we choose from amazing plant-based restaurants, but there's vegan cuisine here from around the world! In this video alone, I share some Egyptian vegan, Japanese vegan and Vietnamese vegan options!

Why try vegan food? Well...
- It is a great way to incorporate more fruit and veggies
- It adds organic, fresh and natural vitamin-rich energy sources to your diet
- It is not as expensive as you think!
- It's more sustainable for the environment (due to factory farming emissions)
- It's so tasty!
