The best piece of African R&B ever made. According to the bio (Manu Dibango, Trois kilos de café © 1989 Lieu Commuti, Paris) this is one of the very first recording of the Camerun artist who in 1960 joined the Congolese African Jazz combo to record in Bruxelles 40 tunes in 15 days. It was the very first time for him, having the best equipement he could dream of, he said the sound of that records was awesome and the effort tremendous.
Two known copies so far, the first discovered by Dj Daptunes was labelled as enregistre en Bruxelles, the second one that I found is labelled as Made in Congo. Matrix is the same, the congolesian pressing it's eavier.
Whenever I play it, in Italian clubs, around Europe and even at wedding parties, the crowd goes crazy. What a record!
