Of all the potential dangers faced by elevator mechanics, pinched fingers might not seem high on the list. But they're still a pain!

Our friends in the industry came to us for a solution to reduce the risk of squashed fingers when stacking elevator counterweights.

Our solution: counterweight stacking pins.

Just rest them on the bottom of the frame, lower the weight onto the machined flat surfaces, and then use the handles to withdraw the pins and let the weight slide to the bottom - with your hands and fingers at a safe distance.

Then, repeat!
