𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? Women-led startups received just 2,3% of the global Venture Capital funding in 2020. That is a decrease from the year before. We have an obvious problem, and it goes beyond allocation by quotas and straight into our corporate cultures.
