If your jack won’t come down and turning your handle arm clockwise and it will not tighten it is the screw inside the star spinner. Take the nut off, then the star, then the big nut. Once you take out the big nut you will see a square at the end. If that is loose or untighten retighten it. That will fix it. Also before doing this if the jack is up and you unscrew the Allen bolt (left of the star) and the jack comes down and oil comes out then it is what I mentioned above.
