Oatmeal and apple in a cup! I eat day and night and lose weight! -15 kg per month!

Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
1 tsp baking powder.
Cinnamon.
Apple and banana.
3 eggs.
Vanillin sweetener.
100 g cranberries.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.

Recipe 2
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Yoghurt 3 tbsp.
1 egg.
Water 50 ml.
Vanillin.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
2 apples.
Butter 1 tsp.
Vanillin.

Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
240ml water.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon stevia sweetener.
2 bananas.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
50g raisins.
50g nuts.
1 banana.
100 ml water.
40g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Recipe 5
2 oranges.
1 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup nuts.
6 tablespoons stevia.
1 tablespoon coconut flakes.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Orange peel.
5 tablespoons coconut oil.
Oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
50g dark chocolate.
Almond flakes.
