A HYPOTHETICAL hostage crisis on the campus of Diablo Valley College... This could be what the EAS activation would look like.

NOTES: I've figured out ways to generate straight DMTF tones in the proper frequencies via Adobe Audition and an online ASCII / Binary / Hex translator (found here: http://home2.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/ ). I have used the actual SAME formatting, protocols, and information (found here: http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text/... and http://www.weather.gov/directives/010... ) for this particular run. The triple burst at the beginning sounds shorter than the norm, but again... These are to the Telecomm Fed Regs and the NOAA NWR SAME protocols. Used a slightly different vocalizing technology (found here:http://www.wizzardsoftware.com/att_NV... ). Seems decent at points, but not at others.
