Maybe the power of You Tube and the resulting footage by a number of creators has finally resonated with the Council to take action. Today I saw work being done and a distinct lack of the usual local 'celebrities'. Just take a look at old photos of the gardens folks - it was such a splendid centrepiece for the city.
