These are the silicon ear plugs I often use (for my chronic Hyperacusis /hypersensitivity to sound) Don't wear them too much though. Again consult an audiologist if possible. You need to expose your ears to normal sound as much as you can still.

Here's an introduction to the Wim Hoff cold water therapy method via cold showers (something I've done for nearly 2 years, each and every shower without fail) I found it's been a lot more beneficial post brain injury though. Makes me far more relaxed and makes my thoughts a bit more clear.

This type of yoga is essentially half yoga and half meditation, switching between the two often. I love it, have found it amazingly helpful (when I'm able to do it) but as a try out class this 30 minute class is perfect. Just copy the practitioners as well as you cam. With Kundalini doing your best is a big part of it. But there's no rush, just start gently, even pause occasionally if you need to.
