It's time for another Elusive Target, this is a returning target from Hitman 2016, now Elusive Target #12, The Food Critic, a pompous little man by the name of Wen Ts'ai. He is a critic who writes scathing reviews but has never actually eaten any of the food he has reviewed. It's time we level our own critique against him, and if he is found wanting, he will die.
