Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
Warm water ( as needed )
Some oil to grease the dough

Filling Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2.5 cups milk
2 cups shredded chicken boiled with 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste and salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 medium bell pepper (any colour)
Some parsley leaves

Toppings:
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds
Black seeds (kalongi)
