First day of school here in beautiful Jalisco Mexico. You might know by now that I have to bring my kids lunch to school every day. I consider it a blessing. I did have to learn how to make a lot of traditional Mexican dishes. So today you can come and see how I prepare lunch in our small ranch here in Mexico. frijoles, chorizo, salsa, arroz.
