The Scorpion S1600 Excavator Grab was the first and largest in the Scorpion range. With a heavy duty genuine hardox chassis and 30mm genuine hardox teeth, the Scorpion S1600 is not short on build strength. Clamping force is not an issue with this Scorpion, as it features two massive hydraulic cylinders. With powerful cylinders and an impressive 1390mm jaw opening width, the Scorpion makes it easy to clamp onto boulders or stumps and take them away. This Scorpion is ideal for ripping through forestry roots, picking out boulders, and loading materials. The Scorpion S1600 model is no question the Scorpion King.

Like all MDE Scorpions, the Scorpion S1600 Excavator Grab comes with genuine hardox chassis and teeth. Equipped with two powerful hydraulic cylinders. A key feature of the Scorpion design is the fixed position of one side of the grapple, as this allows the excavator operator to use it like a bucket, and clamp with the other grapple. Another important feature is the bolt on hitch allowing you to switch the Excavator Grab onto other Excavators.

Scorpion Excavator Grabs
MDE Scorpion Excavator Grabs are a must on every operator’s attachment list. One of the main key features of the grab is its ability to give you a breakout force like no other on the market. With its fixed front grapple you can easily pull-out tree stumps, clear overgrowth and stack rock armour. Scorpion Grabs can be used for demolition projects to take down buildings, pick out solid steels and timber with the hydraulic back grapple.

We offer a wide range of grabs with 5 models that suits excavators 1.5 – 30 tonne. Scorpion Excavator Grabs are a hydraulic attachment that can hold on to heavy material thanks to its’ powerful hydraulic ram. The grabs is very simple to install and maintain. Connect the hydraulic pipes into your excavators’ auxiliary lines and you’re in full control of your grab. To maintain your grab all you need to do is grease hinge points daily.
